About the Role
Verkada's Growth team builds the products and AI systems that run our go-to-market engine. We build the real-time system that takes every inbound marketing signal, a trial signup, an event scan, a job change, and routes it to the right sales action. We're building the internal AI agent that's already changing how our sales and marketing teams work day to day. And, we're bringing that same energy to verkada.com: experimentation, personalization, better tools for the people building the site.
We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to own this whole portfolio.
You're part mad scientist, part operator. Something in the data catches your eye, or you spot an AI capability worth building, or a channel that's suddenly outperforming everything else, and you can't help but want to build something around it. Then you ship it, measure it, and keep it running.
It looks like an AI agent for GTM workflows that sales reps open every day, systems that clean and enrich account and contact data before it reaches a rep, and the real-time routing that kicks in the second a lead raises their hand. The products we build support hundreds of millions of dollars in pipeline.
You'll report to our Senior Director of Growth Engineering and own roadmap execution and influence how the team runs.

What You’ll Do
Spot Verkada's highest-leverage marketing and pipeline-generation channels and build net-new products around them from scratch. Sometimes that's an internal product that helps reps or marketers push a channel further. Sometimes it's something a customer or prospect touches directly.
Own the roadmap for our go-to-market automation systems: account scoring, contact enrichment, outbound routing, and the real-time engine that routes every inbound signal to the right action. Track it against metrics that move revenue: pipeline conversion, sales velocity, win rate.
Help build and scale our internal AI agent for go-to-market teams. Define what it should do next, partner with engineering to build it, and get sales, marketing, and other teams across the business using it.
Bring growth engineering to verkada.com: experimentation, personalization, conversion optimization. Run the A/B tests yourself and build the tooling that lets marketers ship and measure their own ideas.
Embed with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams to find bottlenecks yourself, not secondhand. Build the operating rhythm, planning cadence, and habits of a growing team.
What You Bring
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record shipping AI or ML-driven products. You know what it feels like to stare at a blank page, run the experiment, and ship before you have certainty.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and applied generative AI: real intuition for evaluation, prompt design, data pipelines, and the constraints of real-time inference, plus a genuine concern for AI quality and safety rather than treating it as an aftertho
