On Reddit, games can be more than standalone experiences: they can be part of communities, fandoms, creator ecosystems, developer platforms, social loops, and new forms of participation.</p> <p>The Games Ecosystem team is focused on helping Reddit become a better place to discover, play, discuss, create, and grow games and game-adjacent community experiences. This work can include player-facing experiences, fan communities, creator and developer tools, game discovery, social mechanics, community programs, platform capabilities, marketplace-style surfaces, and the systems that help high-quality games and experiences reach the right audiences.</p> <p>Success means building an ecosystem where players find games they want to return to, communities become more participatory, and creators or developers can build compelling Reddit-native experiences with less friction.</p> <h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for a Principal/Staff Product Manager to lead strategy for Reddit's Games Ecosystem. This person will help define how games become a durable part of Reddit's community and creator platform, while keeping the role broad enough to span both consumer/fandom experiences and developer/creator ecosystem work.</p> <p>The right PM will be able to bridge multiple worlds: players and fans, communities and moderators, creators and developers, platform and product teams, and internal and external partners. They should be comfortable with consumer product strategy, community dynamics, creator ecosystems, technical platform tradeoffs, and ambiguous growth loops.</p> <p>This is a high-leverage role for someone who can turn a broad opportunity into a focused roadmap, build alignment across many teams, and create the product systems that help games on Reddit become more useful, retentive, social, and scalable.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Define the product strategy for Games Ecosystem, including how games fit into Reddit's communities, creator platform, and long-term growth strategy.</li> <li>Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across player experience, community participation, creator/developer enablement, game discovery, retention, and ecosystem quality.</li> <li>Build a roadmap that balances consumer-facing experiences, community-native features, creator/developer tools, platform capabilities, and ecosystem programs.</li> <li>Help communities become richer destinations for game-related participation, including discussion, identity, events, social play, creator content, and other repeatable engagement loops.</li> <li>Improve how high-quality games and game-adjacent experiences are discovered, distributed, and revisited across Reddit.</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, ML/ranking, DevRel, Community, Partnerships, Trust/Safety, Policy, and other teams to ship durable ecosystem improvements.</li> <li>Work with creators, developers, studios, moderators, and community builders to understand what makes games successful on Reddit and where the platform is creating friction.</li> <li>Define the right measurement framework for player value, community value, builder success, experience quality, retention, discovery, and ecosystem health.</li> <li>Create clear investment
