This is a new role with an incredible opportunity to build our international strategy from the ground up, hiring and managing a team of country-leads, developing market-specific programs, and cultivating relationships with key education stakeholders.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">We're on a mission to bring Figma to classrooms worldwide—and we need a strategic, inventive, and resourceful leader to help us scale our impact globally. This will include K12, higher ed and bootcamps</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hire, manage, and support a team of regional education leads</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop scalable processes for selling, onboarding, and supporting education customers, and cultivate relationships with Boards of Education, university leadership, and bootcamp operators</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with Legal, Sales, and Marketing to ensure regional compliance, messaging alignment, and local go-to-market execution</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Design and launch community programs to build awareness and engagement in each region</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Measure success through data-driven insights, tracking adoption, engagement, and impact across global education markets</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Represent Figma in international education conferences, partnerships, and speaking engagements to expand brand presence</li> </ul> <h4 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>We'd love to hear from you if you have:</strong></h4> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5+ years of experience in international expansion, go-to-market strategy, education sales, partnerships, consulting, business operations or program management</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">A track record of launching and scaling programs and/or products in new markets from 0 to 1</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Education industry experience, with knowledge of K-12, higher ed, and/or bootcamp landscapes, personas and adoption</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with government bodies, school leaders, and industry partners acro
